Essardas is a business with almost a century of heritage and experience.
Our first retail store opened in 1918, in the very heart of Gibraltar’s Main Street, and we are proud to still be trading today on the very same site.
This family owned business, still run by the direct descendants of Essardas, is now in its fourth generation in an illustrious line of traditional jewellers. With consistently uncompromising standards over decades, the family’s reputation spread as the Essardas name has become synonymous for Quality, Integrity and Value.
Tradition, history and continued ownership of the company have allowed Essardas to build up extensive industry knowledge and expertise, which is rare to find in the jewellery industry today. Add to this a flair for finer details and exemplary customer service, and it is not hard to see why this business has continued to be so successful for almost 100 years.
