Competition Terms & Conditions
This Essardas Rocks promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below "Terms and Conditions"
Who can enter
Entry is only available to persons who are aged 18 years or older who have purchased an item of diamond jewellery/timepiece purchased for a minimum value of 500 GBP from the Essardas Group.
How to Enter
1. Entrants must post a picture of their item of diamond jewellery (Essardas Rock) along with the caption hashtag #essardasrocks. Said post must be public.
2. Entrants must like/follow the Essardas Group Facebook Page as well as keep up to date with competition details on the Instagram pages @essardasgroup and @essardasrocks
3. Entrants must provide their full name, phone number and receipt number of purchase by email to essardasrocks@essardasgroup.com
4. The promotion ends midnight Thursday 31st December 2020.
The Prize & Draw
The prize is a "Travel Package" which consists of, and is only redeemable for the following:
Return flights for 2 Persons from Gibraltar (or neighbouring airports within 200km) to Dubai.
Return airport transfers.
5 Nights in a 5* Luxury Resort in Dubai.
The 5 nights of the travel package will be during the period of 1st March 2021 to 30th May 2021. Essardas Group reserves the rights to choose the travel period within this timeframe.
The prize winner will be drawn before midnight Friday 15th January 2021.
Terms and Conditions
Travel Package
1. There is one Travel Package to be won over the period of the competition.
2. The Travel Package is provided by MH Bland & Co Limited.
3. The Travel Package is available for use for persons over the age of 18.
4. The Travel Package cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other form of travel services.
5. This is a single-use Travel Package. Any un-used portion of the Package is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or other forms of credit.
6. The Travel Package is only valid for travel from 1st March 2021 to 30th May 2021. Travel must be concluded by the Expiry Date.
7. The Redemption Date for the Travel Package is 48 hours after the time and date of the notification being sent to the prize winner by Essardas Group.
8. The Travel Package will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available by MH Bland & Co Limited.
9. The Travel Package will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled or changed by Essardas Group.
10. The Travel Package is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.
11. The Travel Package cannot be applied to any added on costs or miscellaneous fees charged by the Hotel or Airline other than what has been outlined in the details of the prize.
12. Essardas Group will not be responsible for providing, arranging or covering the cost of any travel insurance related to the Travel Package.
13. All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the booking, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, parking and other charges are payable by the prize winner and are not included in the Travel Package. These charges must be paid at the time the reservation is confirmed or to the hotel property directly and are the responsibility solely of the prize winner.
14. The prize winner may add services or stay additional nights, however the prize winner is responsible for any additional costs of changes in the Travel Package.
15. Changes or Cancellation may incur charges from Airlines, Hotels or other Suppliers. The prize winner is responsible for paying any such charges and these costs are not included within The Travel Package.

Prize and Entrant eligibility
17. Entrants must follow instructions on how to enter the competition. Receipt number provided will identify purchase date and value of the item of jewellery.
18. Purchase date cannot be before the 31st May 2019. All entrants with purchase date before this will not be eligible for the draw.
19. All entrants who are eligible for the draw will be entered into a pool, from which top three winners will be drawn at random.
20. Any entrants name can only be drawn once.
21. Following the Prize draw, the first winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant (Email/ Phone number). The winning Entrant has 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize in writing. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will automatically be awarded to the next drawn name and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.
22. If entrant chooses to return their purchase (for whatever the reason) they will automatically be disqualified from being able to enter the draw.
23. By uploading their diamond jewellery image, the entrant gives permission to the Essardas Group and MH Bland & Co Limited to be able to re-post and use said image for all social media platforms and promotions.
24. The winner gives the Essardas Group permission to repost their holiday photos captured whilst on the Travel Package for all social media platforms and promotions.
25. Any personal information provided to us will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
26. By entering this competition, an entrant has accepted that he/she has read these terms and conditions and is in agreement with them.
Travel
27. Any application of visas/ entry to countries and costs thereof must be incurred by the prize winner/ persons travelling. Essardas Group will not be held responsible for the ineligibility of entry into the destination or countries that the persons travelling may need to transit through to arrive at the destination and back.
28. The Prize winner/ persons travelling will have the responsibility to seek suitable travel advice from their Government prior to their travel.
29. Essardas Group is not responsible for any disruption caused by illegal activity (breaking local laws and cultural sensitivities) carried out before or during the travel by the prize winner.
Other
30. Essardas Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion without prior notice.
31. Directors, employees, family members or anyone affiliated to Essardas Group are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
32. The Terms and conditions of this promotion are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any third parties.
33. Essardas Group reserve the right to terminate the performance of its obligations when certain circumstances beyond their control arise, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including but not limited to strikes; labour disputes; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; political crisis; natural disasters; acts of terrorism: acts of war; acts of God; fires; flood or other emergency conditions; any delay in of transportation.)
34. Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing from the Promoter.
35. These Terms and Conditions of this promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with Gibraltar Law.
36. Prize winners must comply with all the normal terms and conditions connected with the booking through MH Bland & Co Limited including accommodation supplier and airline.
Definitions:
Essardas Group: Group of companies including but not limited to Essardas and Sons Limited, Essardas Diamonds International Limited, Essardas Jewels Limited, Essardas Trading Limited, Essardas Ventures Limited and Essardas Group Imports & Exports Limited.
MH Bland & Co Limited: established in Gibraltar, provider of travel package.
Travel package: refers to details of the prize; return flights and accommodation in Dubai.
Entrant: an individual over the age of 18 who enters into the competition.
Prize winner: Eligible entrant whose name is drawn and wins the travel package.
NAU: Project manager consultant for Essardas Rocks campaign.
Accommodation supplier: Hotel at which prize winner will stay.
Purchase date: Date printed on receipt of item of jewellery.
Receipt number: Unique number at the foot of the receipt pertaining to item of jewellery of over 500GBP.
Promotion: Competition offered by Essardas Group.
Promoter: Essardas Group, MH Bland & Co Limited and NAU.
